How long is your wait list?
Our wait list times fluctuate throughout the year. Please email us to find out the exact wait time.
Are you licensed and are there regular inspections?
Yes we are licensed, Licensing officers will visit regularly. The last inspection report is always available at the front of the facility for anyone to review.
My child is sick. What do I do? Do I get a refund for those days?
If your child is sick, they will need to stay home until they are 24 hour symptom free. A refund will not be issued for sick days, appointments or vacation times.
Can I get a tour of the facility?
Yes, if you are interested in please contact us to arrange an appointment
Do you have part time care?
Part-time care is available when spots are available. Please speak with the Director to arrange part time care.
Are subsidies available?
Families may be eligible for childcare subsidies offered through the Government of Alberta. Visit the Human Services website for more information.
Some Of Our Policies
Sick Children
For the well being of all of our children & educators at Mount Pleasant, anyone who exhibit any illness will be required to stay home.
Late Fees
Fees are due at the first of each month. There is a $20 late charge for fees paid after the 10th of the month. There is a $40 fee on all NSF cheques.
Late Pickup
There is a $1.00/minute charge for any child left at the centre past 6:00 p.m. If your child is late, you will be asked to sign the late book, and 3 repeated incidents may result in termination of services.
